Ruben & Kendra Rodriguez, Owners
Owners Ruben and Kendra Rodriguez have more than 15 years experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. They launched An Event to Remember in 2004 as a small event company, but as the company’s reputation grew, so did their offering of services. In 2008, after four years of growth and success, Ruben and Kendra launched what had once been merely a dream – catering services.
Now more than two years into full-service catering, An Event to Remember continues to expand throughout South Central Texas, first making their mark on the wedding industry, and now branching into the corporate catering sector.
In May 2010 they opened their newest hospitality venture, Classen Street Deli.
