On behalf of the Event Center at Plaza Lecea, I am writing to recommend An Event to Remember for the San Antonio Convention & Visitor’s Bureau’s list of approved caterers, linen providers and floral designers.

An Event to Remember has been a pleasure to work with for the past three years. We have used their linen services exclusively for the since the beginning of 2006 and added them to our list of preferred caterers in December 2007. Our sales have increased significantly since 2006 and one of main factors has been because prospective clients appreciate that linens are included in our package and that they have a variety of options available at their disposal.

Shortly after adding An Event to Remember to our list of approved caterers, more and more of our clients began to inquire and book their services for catering because of their unique packages and affordability. They remain the most dependable vendor that I have ever used and continue to impress our clients and staff with their attention to detail and superior customer service. The quality of their food is amazing as well! Always fresh and their presentations are stellar. I really appreciate their detail-oriented focus when it comes to food. They make sure everything looks great on the plate, but even more importantly, their food is absolutely fantastic.

They offer our brides and corporate clients some really innovated floral designs and they have the capacity to do it at an affordable rate. An Event to Remember encompasses a full service package because they offer linens, floral and catering at a completely reasonable price—which seems hard to come by these days.

Their office staff and other employees are always courteous and respectful of our venue’s policies and procedures and they are prompt, fully prepared, friendly and most importantly completely professional. There is simply nothing that they wont do to ensure that our clients are happy, which in turn assures us of a smooth event and a great partnership. The value offered by An Event to Remember is unsurpassed. I simply have not found another caterer in San Antonio that can provide the high level of service, delectable food, stunning floral arrangements and quality linens that An Event to Remember can deliver.
