All menu pricing are based on a minimum of 100 guests

 

Deposits – AETR requires a non refundable (applied to balance) $1000.00 deposit all catered events.

Three (3) months prior to event one half of the proposed balance is due.

Two (2) weeks prior to event final count & final balance are due.

Increases (not decreases) may be made up to three (3) days prior to event.

Additional charges are due prior to event.
