Kendra,
I Just wanted to say thank you for a job well done. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who was in charge, but he was awesome. On top of everything, ready when he needed to be and very accommodating.
Other than that, everything was fantastic. Bride and groom loved their food and the groom even asked for seconds!
Thanks for everything,
Lisa Morales

If you were one of the millions who woke before the crack of dawn to watch the royal wedding last month, in your stupor you may have realized that William and Kate had a morning wedding. While a morning wedding seems a little out of the ordinary in the US, a morning wedding is not unusual in the UK. English law used to require that weddings take place between 9 am and noon. The Royal Family has kept to the old tradition of morning weddings followed by a wedding breakfast.
Over the last few years, there’s been an upsurge in the number of American couples planning morning weddings. There are advantages to morning weddings. In the South, a morning wedding can save you from the oppressive heat that can last deep into the evening. Often, you may find that there may be more venue options available, or that a venue will be less expensive during the day. The menu for a brunch or breakfast reception is usually less expensive than the cost of an evening meal.
Considering a breakfast or brunch wedding reception?
Interested in providing business partners or clients with a fabulous breakfast meeting?
We are here to exceed your expectations!

The 30th annual Tejano Conjunto Festival en San Antonio was held on May 12th at the Guadalupe Theatre. We were pleased to caterer the Hall of Fame dinner, serving our delicious BBQ brisket, beans, rice, and homemade coleslaw and potato salad.
The Hall of Fame dinner and baile featured twenty conjunto legends. The evening honored the 58 individuals who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame over the past 29 years, and marked the induction of six new members to the elite group for their profound contributions to Conjunto music: Santiago Jimenez Jr., Ricky “Güero Polkas” Davila, Roman Martinez, George and Mague Orosco, Santiago “Jimmy” Beranjo and the late Bene Layton.
Congratulations to everyone who was recognized for their extraordinary talents. It was our pleasure to serve you.

One of San Antonio’s loveliest spots for an outdoor wedding, The Gardens at West Green was the venue for a Jackie and Sam’s lovely wedding this past weekend.
We provided a sit down dinner for 200 guests, serving our customer favorite Chicken Penne Alfredo with asparagus and Caesar salad. Ansonya from Principles In Action Consulting sent out a wonderful letter to everyone involved thanking all of us for our efforts. That letter, and our participation in the wedding, reminded me again of how a spectacular event or wedding is the culmination of the work of many dedicated professionals. A tremendous team effort made for a fabulous event!
We love opportunities to work with professionals who are experts in their various fields, and we love working with individuals who seek our help to plan their special event.
Thanks Jackie and Sam for choosing us to help make your wedding day special! & Thanks Ansonya for your kind words about our work.

A beautiful centerpiece is every bit as important as lovely linens when setting the table for a reception.
Nearly anything goes when it comes to a centerpiece! We’ve seen everything from floral arrangements, candles, and photos to cowboy boots. But, there is some wisdom to keep in mind as you plan for your table decorations. An appropriate centerpiece provides the table with a focal point, establishes a balance to the table, and allows your guests to be able to see one another and what is happening around them.
